First order despatched within 24 hours, second order i was waiting 10 days due to them waiting for a last in stock item to arrive from a store.
Customer service was readily available to speak with by phone, who was very helpful, who cancelled the item and also provided free return label and extended period of return due to the delay.

Unreal Customer Service - refreshing change
This is my first review on Trust Pilot but i had to leave one following the fantastic customer service i received from Hurleys. I ordered some VW earrings as a gift and noticed the dispatch can be upto 1-3 days so i emailed customer services and got a response within an hour! i emailed panicking daily as i needed the earrings for a leaving gift and Amy went above and beyond to ensure i had them here in time. I will definitely be using this company again as they actually care about their customers - thank you so much x

I don't really leave reviews, but I use Trustpilot a lot and hopefully, someone will find this useful.
My daughter had seen a dress she wanted, but we couldn't get it in her size in the shop we were in. When we got home we searched the internet and Hurleys came up. They had the dress in her size and also much cheaper than anywhere else.
I had never heard of Hurleys before so I checked Trustpilot and my first reaction was that I wouldn't shop with them. My daughter mentioned the dress again so I had another look at the reviews and noticed that Hurleys often replied to the negative reviews.
I took a chance and ordered, but paid through PayPal to give me as much protection as possible if anything went wrong. I needn't have worried at all.
I placed my order on the evening of the Bank Holiday Monday and received an email confirming my order immediately. On Wednesday morning I received dispatch confirmation and a Royal Mail tracking reference. I received my order today (Friday) and it was perfect.

What a racist company
What a racist company. Item was faulty and still not returned my money back as as I am “Asian”. Do not buy from here people as they do not treat all their customers equally.
Im sorry to say but I do feel I have been racialised because I also bought Boss sweatshirt from a different company, also had same problem and got credited with refund, and then your saying its wear and tear. It was clearly faulty hence they gave my refund back.

Stumbled across this site…amazing
Stumbled across this site and found the item i was looking for was half the price of anywhere else. I was sceptical after reading some of the reviews, decided to pay through PayPal, knowing i could get my money back if required. Ordered on Saturday night and the item had arrived by Thursday. Very happy, item ordered was exactly as shown. No issues whatsoever

What a waste of time
What a waste of time, after buying on line had to faff about contacting customer services , when I heard nothing after 5 days only to be told sorry not in stock and issued with a refund.. time wasters!!

I was unsure whether to order from this website after reading some of the reviews on here. The website does say that orders can take a few days to be processed at busy times, but I was still concerned when I didn’t get an order confirmation email for a few days. My Ugg slippers arrived, and are exactly as expected. I’m very happy with them, and I got them at a great price. I would happily use this website again.

Was hesitant having read reviews, but I could see they were a legit shop, I'd be protected by PayPal and well, they had what I wanted at by far the best price.... shoes arrived quickly and I've not taken them off since! Hurleys have a new happy customer here.

I would certainly use them again
Having read poor reviews I was reluctant to use this company but honestly I have only had a good experience. Customer service were really responsive to my emails before I placed my purchase. Unfortunately the coat did not fit so I had to return it. I was aware I would need to pay the return costs so that was fine and I used a next day service. Again customer services were very helpful, letting me know that they'd received the return and were dealing with the refund. Refund took a few days but has been returned with no issues at all. I would use them again, thanks Hurleys.

wrong size sent, returned it at cost to ourselves for refund they then had the nerve to say that we had worn this item and wasnt resellable.. the item was taken out of packaging and put straight back in..
dont bother buying from these cretins.

Ordered 2 Barbour jackets and was given…
Ordered 2 Barbour jackets and was given free postage. Neither fit me, so I had to pay for the return postage which is fair enough.
But then they had the cheek to send me a bill for the free postage they initially offered. If you’re going to offer free postage then do that, don’t retract it if an item is returned. I won’t be shopping at Hurleys again due to this. Yes the postage is £3.95, but it’s the principle that it was initially free and then they retracted it.

A first time for everything!
Never in all my time buying trainers have I received 2 completely different shoes in the box
That was until I discovered Hurley's!
To be fair to them they sorted the issue relatively quick but sent another pair in a battered box with all the paper inside ripped and creased like someone had been keeping a pet rat in there
The new shoes where also defective, again customer service were quick to respond offering me a whopping 10% discount but I politely declined and sent them back again
I personally wouldn't order from this company again as they can't be arsed to check the quality of their stuff before they send it
The customer service girl was however apologetic and quick to respond

Not great service
I ordered some items in the sale after Christmas as the price was very good. It took a while before they were dispatched and the excuse used for the delay in dispatching them was obviously covid. I returned an item the day after it arrived as it didn’t fit. I then waited more than a week for my money to be refunded. The service I experienced this time was just not good enough in the current retail climate especially not for online orders. I would probably not order from them again based on this experience.
